At Kabitos, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds We accept returns for unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return To begin a return, contact us at shop@kabitos.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if eligible.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Non‑Returnable Items For safety and hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned. Gift cards and promotional items are also non‑refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
